After the 1th of September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, the specific personal data of the users of accommodation in Hungary will be recorded by the accommodation service provider in the software of the accommodation manager via a document reader.
The user presents the identification document to the accommodation provider for the purpose of recording the data. It is not necessary to record data that is not included in the document. In the absence of presentation of the document, the service provider will refuse the accommodation service.
